UC Blue Ash College Quick Start (Application Completion) Request Form

    Dear High School Counselor:

    Thank you for your interest in hosting a Quick Start event at your school so your students can have the opportunity to complete a UC Blue Ash College application with assistance from a UCBA representative in the comfort of their own school environment.

    If you would like to have us host your group on our campus where your students can also receive a tour, please complete the UCBA Group Visit form instead. 

    Please know that this is merely a request form and does not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you on your date/time selected.  Once this form is received, a member of the UC Blue Ash College Office of Admissions will be in touch with you.

    To ensure that the UC Blue Ash College application completion process at your school is a success, this form must be submitted at least one month in advance of the date you are requesting. Once the Quick Start event is scheduled, your school will need to provide a meeting space and access to computers with internet capabilities. The application completion process takes approximately 30-60 minutes. A complete UCBA application includes an official ACT/SAT score sent directly from the testing company and an official high school transcript sent to UC. For convenience, UCBA representatives can collect sealed transcripts from the school while on site.
