UC Blue Ash College Quick Finish (Placement Testing) Request Form

    Dear High School Counselor:

    Thank you for your interest in hosting a Quick Finish event at your school so your students who have confirmed to UC Blue Ash College can complete their placement testing in the comfort of their own school environment.         

    Please know that this is merely a request form and does not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you on your date/time selected.  Once this form is received, a member of the UC Blue Ash College Office of Admissions will be in touch with you.

    Requested Start Time: (Total time needed is estimated 2-3 hours)
    To ensure that placement testing at your school is a success, this form must be submitted at least one month in advance of the date you are requesting. Once the testing date is secured, your school will need to provide a quiet classroom space and access to computers with internet capabilities.

    **By one week prior to the placement testing date, students must confirm their admission to UCBA which will allow enough time for the system to generate the necessary credentials for the student to participate in placement testing.
