Group Visits

University of Cincinnati Group Visits

Thank you for inquiring about our group visits! Group visits are intended for groups of 10 or more people who represent college access programs, high schools, guidance departments, or other student support organizations. Group visits comprise of a 20-30 minute presentation followed by a 60 minute walking tour of campus.

Registration Information

• Reservations are required and must be completed online.
• Registration for the group visit must be made one week in advance.
• Groups cannot be more than 50 students at a time.
• Due to our high volume of campus visits, the group visit schedule cannot be re-arranged.
• Group visit are unavailable during May, August, and December, during university breaks, between semesters, and during finals week.

Please use the calendar to view & select available group visit dates. If a date appears green that means registration for a group visit is available.  If a tour time is grayed out, it means that the group visit registration slot has been filled or is not available.
